This vest is new. I bought it a while ago and it turns out that the large is just a little bit too big so I had to order a medium and forgot return this one. It has never been worn, except to try it on after it arrived in the mail. I’m not sure what happened to the tag. It must’ve fell off in storage or when moving it because the hemp string is still there where the tag was. At any rate this item is new and there are no stains or flaws or rips or tears of any kind.
